The process to convert
your pre-existing infrastructure information to the FiberTrak system begins
with the data migration process.
From sending your files through our FTP system, to mailing in data disks and even hard copy files, we work with our customers to get their pre-existing data as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
As we receive
and review your files, our technicians look for discrepancies, missing
data and any other possible problems. After reviewing all of your data,
our technicians will start converting the data into the FiberTrak system.
If there is more information needed, we will request more information
from the customer, but our technicians will also conduct field
audits that can involve manual data gathering.
